The name's Rowan! I am a freelance artist and dog groomer currently living in South Florida. I have been drawing digitally for about a little over a decade now and am always looking to improve. I primarily draw feral canines but am always up for a challenge!

Prices are subject to change and may vary slightly based on design complexity, shading, backgrounds, etc. | Turn around times are subject to change based on complexity of the prompt, but all pieces will be done within 3 weeks unless otherwise discussed!

Telegram Stickers
Due to the amount of time telegram stickers take, I only offer a maximum pack size of 5 at a time, but would be happy to discuss holding a slot for stickers once the first set is complete.

Terms of Service
By commissioning me (sending me payment for art) you are automatically agreeing to my terms of service. Please make sure you throughly read through prior to sending payment for goods. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns.
If you are unsure if I am willing to draw something please do not hesitate to ask, while I may say no, I won't judge any requests, it is simply my preference in what I'd like to draw!

General
You must be 16 years old or older to commission me.
You must be 18+ to commission NSFW artwork, this is subject to verification via state ID.
Colors, markings, shapes, etc. may be slightly altered in order to better suit my artwork and style.
Turn around time varies depending on complexity of the piece commissioned, but all pieces will be completed within 3 weeks unless discussed previously.
Messages will be answered within 24 hours unless stated otherwise (will be posted in my Telegram channel, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
I do not take any strict deadlines unless discussed prior to payment being sent. -- Deadlines require at least 72 hours and are subject to a 20% up-charge.
Work in progress photos will be sent at all stages (sketch, line, color, shading, etc.) and I do require direct approval before I continue working on a piece.
Large edits to pose/expression must be made prior to line art being started. (I will make up to two edits per commission, however, additional edits will require additional payment. -- This does not include errors made by me, if I messed up please let me know!)
You may not under any circumstance make edits to my own work, aside from using filters when posting. If I made a mistake, please let me know. I typically keep editable files for upwards of 3-6 months.
Payment and Refunds
Payment must be sent in USD via PayPal or Square invoice.
Full payment is to be sent prior to work being started, payment plans are not available at this time.
Full refunds are only given in the event that progress has not been made. After work has begun refunds are given on a case by case basis and a percentage becomes nonrefundable depending on the progress made.
Chargebacks will result in an automatic ban.
Rights
You may post your commissioned art at anytime so long as proper credit is given. You may not claim credit for my work.
You may not use commissioned work commercially (to make money via shirts/prints/etc.) without prior approval. If you wish to purchase commercial rights please be upfront. Commercial fees will apply and vary based on what you plan to do.
